HISTORY
In 1986, inspired by People's Bank of China (Central Bank), sponsored by
special high-tech funds from National Planning Committee, National
Science Committee and National Defence Science Committee, Mr. Huang
Songling formed and headed the National Research Project on Front-loading
Banknote Counter, when he was a director of the government. Base on the
feasibility study of Mr. Huang, the first front-loading banknote counter
in China- DCJ-20 came into the world, which was entitled as "National
Level Fangle"
In 1993, Mr. Huang Songling took the post of the president of China Taly.
He invested near one million RMB to develop DCJ-40 for export purpose and
finally succeed. In the later years, China Taly became the biggest
exporter of banking equipment in China and DCJ-40 was again entitled
as "National Level Fangle" in 1997, jointly certified by 5 ministries
of China government. In 1994, the DCJ-40, was accepted by a famous international company
in the CeBIT, Germany. Sole Distributorship Agreement was signed.
Till now, this model has been sold to the whole world up to 30,000 units.MeanwhileDCJ-40 started being accepted and adopted by the big banks
in China. In 1997，the technical designers of DCJ-40 were invited by China
central bank to draft the <National Standard GB16999-1997 of
Counterfeit Detection Technology for RMB.
In 1998, note counter DCJ-40 got the CE approval. In 1998, the first LCD banknote counter DCJ-60 was invented based
on DCJ-40, and exported to USA and Canada market. 1998, Coin counter YBQD-10 was exported abroad for the first time. In 1999, The first full-load container of banknote counter was exported
to Jordan. Starting from 1999, we continuously participate CeBIT show every year. In 1999, The back-loading banknote counter DCJ-90(N200) is shown in the
international market for the first time with colorful casing,
which brought a revolution to the design of the banknote counter
in the world. 1999, June, Vacuum Spindle counter is exported abroad for the first time
through us. In 2000, we exported the first set of Banknote banding machine ZK019,and In Aug. 2000, our note counter DCJ-90（N200）got the CE approval! In 2000, Beijing Royal Banking Co. was founded by Mr. Huang Songling.
The biggest banknote counter production facilities was founded in Beijing. In Apr. 2001, YBQD-10 got CE approval. In 2001, N800 was designed with the shape of 1/4 cylinder, which brought
a new concept of banknote counter's shape. In 2002, the automatic banknote banding machine for 1000 bills was shown
in the international market for the first time. In 2002, our company got the High-tech. Enterprise Certification, by
Beijing Municipal government. In 2002, All the company resources are readjusted and re-Concocted.
The production facilities are contracted by third party. It is decided
on the mid-term strategy "Beijing Royal will be the No. 1 professional
research laboratory and service company " 2002, Readjust the whole products series, export models are renamed as
N series, C series, CS series, etc. In Feb. 2003, our company moved into Yunhang Plaza! In 2003, Started investment in counterfeit detection field. EID-100 and
Euro Eye are invented and gain the national patent. In June, 2003, CE
approval is gotten. In 2003, N500 series is invented on the basis of DCJ-60, for accurate
counterfeit detection purpose. On Nov. 10th, 2003, Our Note Counter N500EMG won a tender of National Bank,
Poland. This was our first real sale to foreign banks. In Dec. 2003, our production contractor passed the ISO9001: 2000
certification! In march 2004. The banknote banding machine for 1000 notes which can bind
the notes from 3 direction at the same time, was shown in the world for
the first time. In 2004, Our Coin Sorter for Euro CS800 entered the European market and
they were well accepted! On Apr. 30th, 2004, Our Note counter N500EU3D won a tender in the Bank
of Spain On July 15th, 2004, Our Note CounterN500MT was testing in Deutsch
Bundesbank, Germany. In the 840 times testing of 210 Pcs of
counterfeit, 99.762% succeeded!
